WMS is governed by an elected Board of Trustees which provides oversight for the school. The Board maintains fiscal oversight, ensures that the school fulfills its mission, focuses on strategic planning and hires the Head of School. The Head of School, in turn, is responsible for the hiring of all faculty and staff and managing the day-to-day administrative duties of the school.
